Members of the Episcopal Church on Edisto fed over 60 hungry cadets at The Citadel last Monday night! This was in support of the Episcopal Church’s outreach to the cadets either currently or interested in the Episcopal Church (and a good meal!).
Billy and Emilie Cox brought enough hamburger steak, corn and beans from the Walterboro IGA to feed a large army, while Nancy Skardon brought a salad for all! Everyone stayed to serve the cadets then take part in the program which focused on God’s relationship with Abraham.
Billy and Emilie also got to meet with their favorite cadet – Logan – who is also their grandson!
It was a great night enjoyed by all – not a crumb was left – everyone left with a full belly!
